"Substitution"
My weight: 11 stones 10 pounds, 164 pounds, 74.38 kilograms. - Weight difference: No change.
With the rain over the last few weeks a number of football matches had to be called off due to water logged pitches so it was no surprise to find out that Old Lyonians 4th team had to play a "double-header", 2 games in one afternoon. Each game was 1 hour long with a 10 minute break between. We lost both games 3 -1 which put a major dent in our prospects of promotion to the division above. We didn't have any "Subs" and this made played for 2 hours every difficult for all 10 out-field players. I also managed to pull a muscle in my right leg which I hope wouldn't turn out to be serious. I'll have to wait and see.

Ran the 3.5 mile route with Steve as usual and completed it in 29 minutes, 41.97 seconds. This is the first time I have managed to run under 30 minutes for the 3.5 mile route. The pulled muscle in my right leg didn't hurt at all so I was all to run normally and sprint at the end as well. The human body is a wonderful creation and just another example of God's hand.
"In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth". Genesis 1:1
"So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them". Genesis 1:27 ..... the sixth day.
