A New Year, The Christmas Break.

Information: 1 pound = 453.59 grams = 0.45359 Kilograms. 14 pounds = 1 stone.Today is my first day back in training after the Christmas break and I have managed to only put on 4 pounds in weight (4lb), 1.8 Kilograms over the Christmas period. Not bad! But not very good when I should be losing weight to get down to 11 stone 7lb or 161lb or 73.02kg.
