People who are on the email list will enjoy the following benefits - provided they read the emails of course!

1) I will send each email list member a weekly GBC NEWS Email to announce when the GBC NEWS has been published in the News section of our website at gbc.org.uk/news. This usually happens on Thursday or Friday.

2) If there are any last-minute news or information items that didn't make it into paper and website versions of the GBC NEWS - as published by the Church Office - email list members can read these in their weekly GBC NEWS Email.

3) If there is an urgent news or information item that can't wait until Thursday or Friday publication I will send email list members a GBC NEWSFLASH Email so they can be informed at once.

If emaill list members aren't in the habit of regularly reading their weekly GBC NEWS Email they may be missing out on something really important in the life of the Church - such as an urgent prayer request for a brother or sister in desperate need, an invitation for action or some general information.

DO YOU HAVE NEWS TO BE PUBLISHED?

When you have news items or announcements to publish please email them to Sharon Berry in the church office so she can add them to the GBC NEWS. If you miss the deadline of Wednesday 9.30am I can add it to the weekly GBC NEWS Emails on Thursday/Friday or send out a NEWSFLASH Email and day.

If you have any news items, announcements or articles for the bi-monthly Church Magazine they should be emailed to the editor Lynda Wilson by the deadline announced in each  magazine.

In our bid to save the planet we are pleased to promote these electronic communications over the version made out of trees - however copies of these are available in the entrance of the church building for those not on the Internet.
