If it seems your love's dead or dying
And the two of you have grown apart,
It's time for the end of your crying.
Turn to Him and He'll give a new start.

It was years before we realized
The answer was not in each other.
The list of issues we itemized
Was so long it required a tether.

Like Abraham and Sarah of old
We had come to the ends of our rope.
And no amount of silver or gold
Could have changed that we lived without hope.

We knew it would take a miracle
By the God who still loves us today.
No hope and both quite hysterical
At the thought that we'd go our own way.

Many years of living together.
It's not easy when both grow apart.
But He's God in good and bad "weather"
And it's He who will give a new start.

So just like the wedding at Cana,
Where dull water He turned into wine,
If He is the "center arena"
It's together with Him that you'll dine.

For a marriage that's coming apart.
When you're there in the depths of despair,
Just ask Him and such love He'll impart
It will quickly your marriage repair.

And those times when your hearts filled with hate,
So you'd walk out with no place to go,
Just ask Him for His love for your mate.
You will find His love in you will grow.

It's in Him that you'll find THE answer
To the problems and cares of this life.
And even if that problem's cancer
You'll find joy, healing, peace and no strife!
