Find out what GBC meetings are taking place in the on-line Church Diary so you can attend a specific meeting or plan a new meeting—without it clashing with other participants or venues.
The Church Diary has two reasons for existing:

To give an overview of what meetings and events are taking place, where they are being held and the date, start time and end time - plus any other relevent details such as organiser contact details, ticket prices etc.

To prevent the clashing of church room bookings - thus helping meeting leaders to plan valid meeting dates and locations.
Please continue to register all meetings and to book meeting rooms with the Church Office, where the information will duplicated onto the on-line diary (left) for all to read.
Please also let the church office know about any relevant public events or meetings that you know of or that you are organising, even if they are not being held in the church building.
Many meeting dates have already been entered in the on-line Church Diary, right up till Christmas. If you are a leader or organiser of of a group or event, please would you check the dates that have entered in case there are any errors or omisions? If any additions, deletions or alterations are required please let the church office know.
