Carleen Donaldson-Hall, Ismat Shawkat, Ben Wise, Haroun Mason, Jude Hardy and Yewande Adisa were in the Leadership Training Group (LTG) and here are their photos, taken at the annual leadership day away in Seer Green in January 2007. Leadership Training Groups are designed for emerging church leaders who are experiencing on-the-job training from Pastor David Wise. They are prepared (sometimes at the drop of a hat) to do any task that is requested of them such as leading parts of the Sunday morning meeting, pastoral visiting, praying for people and giving testimonies.
